WHO WE ARE
The UBC Environmental Policy Association (EPA) is a student-led organization that aims to promote awareness, education, and advocacy for environmental policy and contemporary social and environmental issues. The club engages in discussion of current policies, major policy events such as the COP, and incorporating sustainability into various professions and industries.
Our goal is to inspire students to be more aware of environmental policies and global issues, and to make learning about these topics more accessible for the UBC community. We welcome anyone who has an interest or passion about the environment and policies that concern it.
LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The UBC EPA operates from and hosts events on the University of British Columbia's Vancouver campus, which is built on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded lands of the xÊ·mÉ™θkÊ·É™y̓əm (Musqueam) First Nation.
